As of the moment OPAL is a work in progress and is non-functional for the purpose of research. We would like to invite people in the community to contribute, whether it be simply using the software, filing bugs, or working on the code base.
Community
We are working on putting together community resources. There is currently a Wiki available and a Community on Google+.
If you have any issues, whether they be bugs or feature requests, please file theme on the Project Tracker.
